Hola a todos... soy Kena Gaytán y ahora tengo solo 67 años !!! Este es mi segundo reto YOR BEST BODY del año 2023. Gané el primer lugar en el reto anterior en el que participé.
Me siento muy feliz y satisfecha con los logros obtenidos, sigo obteniendo más firmeza muscular a través de entrenar en el gimnasio de lunes a viernes, sin falta y sin pretextos.
Desde hace años inicio el día con mis Yor Repair y los Yor Probiotics. Como bebida para entrenar no me pueden faltar mezclados Yor Green y el Yor Berry, saben deliciosos si le pongo dos hielos grandes, super energía.
Regresando de entrenar desayuno ligero en base a verduras cocidas, la Yor Protein de vainilla. Yor Digest y el AMP.
La comida la mantengo equilibrada con ensalada, pollo o huevo (evito la carne), otro AMP y también Yor Digest.
Finalmente cena ligera sandwich con pan integral libre de gluten, atún o sardinas, jamón de pavo y otras YOR Repair y Yor Digest y a dormir como bebé.
45 minutos de meditación previamente son fundamentales.
Procuro mantener el balance de vida para estar feliz, con energía y vitalidad.
