Hola comunidad, aquí terminando otro ciclo.

Siempre he sido de los que ganan peso con dificultad, así que mantener mi peso (64.2kg), o en este caso incrementarlo cerca de medio kilo siempre es un triunfo.

En este ciclo me apoye con toda la línea de nutrición, desde Probióticos por la mañana hasta Repair antes de dormir, menos unos días de viaje y olvidaba tomarlos… noto la diferencia cuando me faltan.

Esta ocasión sí pude hacer más ejercicio de fuerza (3 veces) más un par de salidas a trotar a la semana.

Me considero alguien con buen metabolismo pero estoy viendo que también es importante mantenerlo, al menos. Ahora más que antes quiero bajar y mantener a raya el porcentaje de grasa, así que nos vemos en el próximo ciclo.
