Para mi sorpresa, en este reto aumenté significativamente en masa muscular, cuando mi intención era bajar 1 KG , terminé con 1 KG arriba pero de músculo, reduciendo también el % de grasa.

Esto lo noté desde hace unas 6 a 4 semanas con la ropa en la parte de la espalda alta. En la FOTO DE ESPALDA es más notorio, las medidas en la zona de los delotoides, pecho y trapecio ha aumentado, hay camisas que ya no me quedan o están muy ajustadas.

Logré reducir el % de grasa aunque sigue siendo un tema de mejora pues es la parte más complicada.

Mis workouts son 80% crossfit (4 días a la semana) y otros 2 días de combinación de correr y basquetbol, 1 día generalmente es de descanso.

Mi ingesta de YOR actualmente es así:

Además he continuado con el ritmo de sueño y descanso de al menos 8 horas pues sí son muy pesadas las jornadas de entrenamiento.
