Hola Mi Nombre es Katherine Verastegui tengo 21 años soy estudiante de diseños de moda. Les cuento que algo que he batallado toda corta edad es mi peso a lo que ocasiona mi inseguridad en mi apariencia física y no me siento cómoda, feliz más aún por mi profesión.

En las mañanas inicio con:
1 Yor Berry Blast y continuo con 2 horas de ejercicios Peso y Cardio. Finalizando lso ejercicios tomo 1 Scoop de Yor Supergreens y 1 Scoop de Yor Fiber Plus.
Antes del almuerzo: 1 Yor Digest
Y al finalizar mi almuerzo: 1 Scoop de Yor Fiber Plus.
