This year has been a real challenge for me. Physically, I found out something about myself I had always feared but, until I was tested I wasn’t certain . I found out from chiropractic x-rays I have a slight spina bifida. A condition that I’ve had since birth where the spine, in this case my l-5, was not completely formed. I’ve always had lower back issues but, now I know the cause. I’ve also had a pretty severe shoulder injury causing adhesive capsulitis in my right shoulder. It took literally months of rehab to get full mobility back. It’s been trying to say the least but, I’m finally back in the gym and feeling strong again. I feel this challenge, for me, is a statement to not giving up. No matter how hard things seem, to not accept your situation. To keep believing your faith will pull you through. I train every morning now and I don’t want to waste one more moment so, I train hard. I always rely on my Yor health supplements for support. I take digest ultra with every meal.
