Mi nombre es Katherine yo antes de empezar en el reto pesaba 92K ahora e bajado 8K y peso 84K, yo empecé a tomar los productos de Yor Health empecé tomándome los probióticos al levantarme en ayunas, luego como x hay de las 9:00 am tomo el AMP, como entre 10 o 11 a.m cuando hago mis ejercicios tomo mi berry, con cada comida me tomo las enzimas Digestivas y también sustituyo la cena por el delicioso Shake de chocolate que me encanta.. Antes de empezar en el reto me sentía muy agotada mi estado de animo estaba bajo por que me cansaba muy rápido por mi peso, ahora que e logrado bajar 8K mi salud a mejorado xq me encuentro con mas animo y ya no me canso al hacer mis tareas diarias y estoy con toda la energía para seguir adelante y poder llegar a mi peso deseado.
