Estoy feliz de estar en este reto, me hace esforzarme y es divertido usar la aplicación, en este reto estuve unos días enferma y no pude hacer ejercicio, pero gracias a los excelentes suplementos de Yor no perdí músculo y me recuperé muy rápido
En las mañanas tomo el súper greens sin excusas, es lo mejor para romper mi ayuno y darme energía para todo el día, a media mañana tomo la Yor Shake de chocolate junto con la Fibra, me encanta la combinación y con eso aguanto hasta la comida sin problemas
Tomo Yor Vitamins por la mañana y por la noche, mi cabello y las uñas me han mejorado muchísimo y a la hora de la comida no pueden faltar las enzimas de Yor, mi digestión está mejor que nunca
