Hola!
Estoy muy contento! logré mi meta peso aumentando masa muscular! Esta es la primera vez que voy a un gimnasio, nunca me ha llamado la atención. Y aún con una lesión en el hombro he podido tener buenos resultados!

mi regimen:
2 capsulas de Repair en ayunas antes de ir al gimnasio.
malteada de vainilla con crema de cacahuate después de ir al gimnasio a media mañana.
mis vitaminas al día.

Si me daba algún antojo consumía cacahuates a media tarde.

mi rutina de ejercicio fue muy simple, 1 hr al dia, alternando en ejercicios para todo el cuerpo, de lunes a viernes, limité algunos movimientos por la lesión en mi hombro, pero ha salido bien! En esta parte Repair ha sido de GRAN ayuda!

Los suplementos fueron de gran ayuda ya que también pude bajar mi % de grasa.

Ya estoy listo para el siguiente reto !
