Hola amigos del YorBestBody Challenge, me siento muy bien de concluir con este reto. Les cuento que hace algunos años de enfrentarme a una enfermedad autoinmune que ha significado un cambio drástico en mi salud, pues me cuesta trabajo aumentar de peso y tonificar mis músculos. En este reto perdí grasa y aumente un kilo en masa magra, lo cual me hizo sentir muy feliz, ya que no puedo realizar ejercicios de alto impacto ni cargar peso. En este reto mi régimen fue:
Por la mañana 1 caps de YorRepair y 1 caps de YorProbiotics + 1 hora de yoga. Después de clase una porción de YorShake, a media mañana una porción de Supergreen (de mis favoritos!), antes de la comida 1 caps de YorDigest y 2 caps de YorVitamins con los alimentos, antes de dormir otra caps de YorRepair.
