Hola hola súper feliz de terminar un reto más llena de salud, bienestar, energía
Me siento genial al completar un reto más que día a día son metas diarias de ir haciendo ejercicio, caminata, jugar Volibol, comer saludable
Mis suplementos que consumí en este reto son la proteína Shake todas las mañanas después de hacer 1 hora de caminata, mis enzimas digestivas antes denle desayuno y cena por q incorporé ayunos y eso hizo q mi cuerpo respondiera mejor, yor vitamins 6 al día 3 después de desayuno y comida, yor amp 3 al día antes de hacer ejercicio o jugar Volibol, mis probióticos en las noches junto con mis enzimas reparadoras, el greens a media mañana con hielo para refrescar el día
Hoy me siento genial pero se q esto no parara, ya me inscribo al siguiente reto para q siga mejorando mi salud y mi cuerpo para q pueda vivir muchos años más
