Les comparto que sentía algo de incertidumbre en estas fechas ya que las fiestas y la comida en México están por todos lados , pero el plan de suplementecion están simple que aún así puedo disfrutar la gastronomía y cumplir mis objetivos físicos !

al despertar 1 cápsula de probiótico 2 cápsulas de vitaminas y un shot de berry blast !

al desayuno 1 porción de malteada con súper greens !

En la comida busqué quebfuera

balanceada con verduras y proteína animal y 2 cápsulas de yor digest

En la cena 1 porción de proteína Con 1 porción de fibra, 2 cápsulas de repaiir y 2 de vitaminas
