Hola mi nombre es Zaida llamoca tengo 37 años, soy mamá de 2 y esposa.
Les cuento mi salud a mejorado enormemente tanto físico, mental y emocional. Ya qué antes era una mujer de muy baja autoestima, con inseguridades por mi peso y flacidez, era una mujer de muy mal carácter todo el tiempo la cual afectaba mucho a los más cercanos mi familia. Pero afortunadamente desde un buen tiempo tengo en mi vida Yor Health la cual me ayudado a mejorar mi salud en general la cual es por eso que no dejo de inscribirme en el reto de 8 semanas ya que hace que tenga disciplina y hábito en mi día a día. Mi régimen al día de hoy es:
En la mañana 1 Scoop de Yor Supergreens, 1 Scoop de Fibra con 1 Sobre de Yor Berry Blast antes de hacer mis ejercicios!!
Al medio dia 2 capsulas de Yor Digest antes del almuerzo y luego mis 4 Cápsulas de Yor Vitamins.
En la tarde mi snack nuevamente 1 Scoop de Yor Supergreens.
En la noche antes de la cena 1 cápsula de Yor Digest.
Y al acostarme 2 Yor Repair con 1 Yor Probiotics.
