Hola mi nombre es Esmeralda Leon y estoy muy feliz de ver mi resultado y segur cumpliendo esas metas día a día reto a reto mi rutina fue la siguiente:

Ayuno intermitente de 18 rs abriendo mi ventana de alimentos con el Super Greens con fibra o lo intercambiaba con mi Yor shake con aceite de limón de meta dependiendo del sabor de la mateada.

- En la hora de mi comida utilizaba mis 2 Yor Digest junto con una alimentación sana de frutas y verduras disminuyendo las grasas. lácteos y el refresco.

-La cena la terminaba con lago muy ligero: era tambien con el jugo verde y fibra o con mi malteada o con yogurt griego,frutos rojos y futas.
estoy muy feliz de ver los resultados y super encantada de todo lo que te simplifican o como te ayudan los suplementos es un gran cambio y hábitos que he creado.
