Estoy feliz de poder concluir este reto, en verdad fue complicado por las fechas decembrinas, muchas tentaciones que tuve que evitar para poder tener el resultado que quería y eso me hace sentir muy bien
Tuve que reforzar el uso de los suplementos de Yor y eso me ayudó mucho, por las mañanas como siempre tomo mi supergreens en ayunas, esta vez incluí los probióticos de Yor y me sentí mejor
A media mañana un batido de proteína con avena y banana bien frío es mi mejor desayuno
