Hola, soy Samuel,
En este reto quiero confesar que fue difícil tener disciplina en mi ejercicio, ya que cambié de trabajo y eso me hizo perder el habito de ir al gimnasio por falta de tiempo, la verdad no tengo el cuerpo que me gustaría tener al final del reto pero se que puedo comenzar de nuevo y puedo lograrlo en el siguiente.
