Mi nombre es Cristina, hace tres años empecé haciendo los retos best body y baje 20 libras en los dos primeros meses, lo que mas me gusto es que nunca los recupere hasta que pare por un tiempo, mi rutina de antes y ahora que empece de nuevo no ha cambiado, empiezo con mis AMPs y mis probioticos antes de hacer ejercicio cada mañana, terminando me tomo los verdes junto con la fibra, desayuno, y en cada comida me tomo mis vitaminas, ya en la noche termino con mi shake de chocolate muchas veces reemplazando la cena, ahora que comence de nuevo siento que tengo muchisima mas energía y me siento mucho mas motivada para hacer retos mas seguidos, desde entonces nunca he dejado los productos de Yorhealt, y ahora los seguire combination con una buena rutina de ejercicios para ver mejores resultados, y a empezar con otro nuevo reto.
