Soy mamá de 3 acabo de cumplir mis 40 años hace una semana tuve un a cirugía de emergencia me quitaron la vesícula y quiero tener nuevos hábitos de alimentación y ejercicio estoy comprometida con este reto para lograrlo y se que lo voy a hacer
Me impacto ver como me desinflame en la primer semana al despertar tomaba el probiótico y después un súper green después de mi ejercicio la malteada y por las tardes como snack me tomaba media malteada más.
