les cuento que fue algo sumamente simple gracias a los productos nutricionakes de yor health .

lo que hice fue :

al despertar 1 capsula de probioticos

antes de ir al gym 1 scoop de super greens 1 scoop de fibra en 250 ml de agua , 3 capsular de yor amp esta mezcla me aporta la energia necesaria para tener un buen entreno!

despues de entrenar 3 scoops de yor shake ! ponerle 1 gota de limon ala proteina de vainilla y hielo da un sabor delicioso!

en mis comidas solidas , antes de hacerlo 2 capsulas de yor digest y 2 capsulas de vitaminas

en la cena 2 scoops de proteina con 1 porcion de fibra y 2 capsulas de yor repair :)
