Hola, familia YOR Best Bod
Nunca pensé que podría sentirme y lucir tan bien después de tanto tiempo y de ser super deportista. Antes, no valoraba lo que era tener una buena salud no solo física,buenos habitos y sobre todo cuidar mi cuerpo. Ahora entiendo que el cambio exterior refleja mi interior, incluyendo la calidad de mi nutrición. Mis suplementos diarios son:
Al comenzar mi día antes de mi entrenamiento así comienzo:

Realizamos 2 rutnas de entrenamiento unas en km y otras son de ABS, Cuerda,Planchas y otros días en bicicleta y pesas con peso de 5kg

Mi rutina es de 6 veces a la semana min 3 veces ala semana incluyo min 40min de Cardio,Core,HIIT, Cuerda y 3 veces a la semana de fuerza en casa, con pesas de 5k sentadillas,glúteos, hace mis días diferentes comenzar con ejercicio mi día.
