Después de un año de muchos ajustes a nivel personal, decidí empezar el 2024 desarrollando la disciplina empezando por mi salud.
Comencé un plan de nutrición y ejercicio guiados por profesionales, haciendo pilates 3 veces por semana y llevando una dieta balanceada diseñada para mejorar mi estado físico en general, además de complementarla con la suplementación de Yor Health.
Los suplementos utilizados fueron el repair para poder tener una mejor recuperación después de mis rutinas de pilates, berry blast para poder arrancar con todo el entrenamiento y supergreens como complemento en la alimentación.
Pude completar todo el ciclo de 8 semanas y obtener muy buenos resultados, el último mes sin cambios en el peso pero si en los porcentajes, bajando los 5 kg de grasa y subiendo 1.8 kg de masa muscular en las 8 semanas
