En esta reto terminé 1 KG por debajo de mi peso original SIN PERDER MÚSCULO (de 81 a 80 kg) y logré definir aún más en el área de pectorales, deltoides, bícep y trícep principalmente, y un poco en el área abdominal.

En este reto en específico suspendí el YOR AMP porque en el próximo lo voy a volver a tomar para experimentar la diferencia tanto en lo visual como en la energía, aceleración de metabolismo, etc...

Eso sí, el resto de los productos los he seguido tomando:

MAÑANAS (ayuno intermitente): vitaminas, probiótico y reparador (éste cuando me hace falta acelerar la recuperación de los entrenamientos).

AL MEDIODÍA (rompo el ayuno): YOR Shake con Supergreens.

EN LA COMIDA: Digest Ultra.

A MEDIA TARDE (antes de entrenar): un jugo verde con Supergreens (así es, la bomba definitiva de energía y antioxidantes).

CENA: otra Digest Ultra y en ocasiones 1 Repair + otro YOR Shake.

Y como suelo decirlo...

DORMIR MUCHO!! 8 horas en mi caso es muy importante para obtener la recuperación que necesito pues los entrenamientos son muy pesados:

LUNES A JUEVES: Gym/Crossfit:

VIERNES: en ocasiones descanso y otras veces salir a correr.

SÁBADO Y DOMINGO: básquetbol.
