Soy Diego Iván Medrano, tengo 20 años y entreno squash, siempre he tenido pancita a pesar de entrenar diario, pero mi mamá me insistió en cambiar mis suplementación y estoy sorprendido con en cambio en mi cuerpo y en solo 8 semanas
Les platico que por la mañana tomo repair y cuando puedo ir a entrenar antes de la escuela o si no después de la escuela, en el entreno me tomo mi shake , en el desayuno tomo mis vitaminas yor. Con la comida también tomo mis vitaminas yor y ya por la noche tambien tomo mi shake.
