En la mañana me levanto a las 5am me tomo probióticos 1 cap y una cap de enzimas de repair en ayunas y 3 gotas de CBD, a las 8 de la mañana licuado verde del Green de York con fibra yor con el jugo de una naranja y agua , 9 de la mañana desayuno claritas de huevo con verduras verdes o a la mexicana con un café o una malteada YOR con fresas o con manzana , vitaminas 2 cap yor, yor amp 2 CAP, a media mañana pepino o jícama con tantito limón . A las 2 de la tarde comida carne de pollo, pescado o atún con verduras en cantidad generosa y una taza de arroz las enzimas junto con la comida , vitaminas 1 cap, yor Amp 1 cap y 3gotas de CBD,

4 pm un tecito de jengibre con menta y manzanilla, jícama o pepino .



5pm ejercicio de bajo impacto .



7pm un licuado yor con 2 medias y una medida de fibra yor ,leche deslactosada Y fresas con mis vitaminas1 CAP y 6 gotas cbd.

9 de la noche ,una cap de probióticos y a dormir .

En todo el día procuro tomarme como mínimo 2 litros de agua .
