Mientras escribo mi resumen y observo los resultados de este reto me siento doblemente agradecida pues justo estoy cumpliendo 44 años y ver lo que mi cuerpo puede lograr a este nivel es remarcable.
Puedo correr 10k y me sigo preparando para los 21k. Hago pesas, tomo clases de zumba, puedo bailar por 5 horas seguidas! LOL
Me siento muy agradecida con mis suplementación de YOR health pues como dice el slogan, eres lo que absorbes.
Mi rutina consistió en 4 días de actividad física. Donde hago 30 minutos de cardio y mi rutina de peso de 50 minutos.
Mi suplementación: Iniciar el día con YOR probiotics, 2 YOR AMP durante el día. Ocasionalmente tomando YOR Berry blast para el levantón antes de entrenar; terminando el entrenamiento YOR shake protein. YOR digest después de cada comida y antes de dormir YOR Repair ULTRA.
