Hola a todos

En este ciclo me centré más en reducir el consumo de azúcares. y aumentar el de proteínas.

Mantuve un ritmo de ejercicio promedio de 2 horas diarias. Empezaba mi día con 2 vasos grandes de agua, añadiéndole a uno 1 gota de aceite esencial de limón. Después del ejercicio consumía una medida de Super Greens y posteriormente una medida de YOR SHAKE, mezclada a veces con una fruta o con unos gramos de quinoa. Entre comidas, en caso de que me diese hambre antes de tiempo, consumía unos cuantos granos de quinoa con cacao o cuadritos de amaranto.

En la comida consumía una cápsula de DIGEST ULTRA y por la noche cerraba mi día consumiendo al menos un vaso grande de agua antes de dormir.

Espero este ciclo pueda lograr algo grande e ir por el siguiente ;)
