Hello, my name is Jackie Velásquez, I am 41 years old, I decided to participate in the challenge again because I feel very motivated with the results obtained previously, this time I changed categories, it is the first time I participate in definition, this time I did not lose much weight but increase muscle mass!!! I definitely wouldn't have done it without my Yor Shake and YorAMP protein shakes before starting my functional strength training.
