Me siento muy bien de poder continuar en este reto, han sido meses muy complicados personalmente ya que cambié de trabajo y me estoy adaptando en los horarios, tuve que cambiar mi rutina cotidiana de ir al gimnasio por la noche, por mis horarios tuve que suspender por un momento el ejercicio y mi alimentación a variado mucho, antes comía en casa y ya no puedo hacerlo, la gran ventaja es que con los suplementos no he perdido masa muscular ni subí de peso, al contrario, bajé unos kilos.
