Lo primero que he sentido es mucha mejoria al iniciar el dia ya que mi cuerpo amanece con energia y ya no me siento debil porque me habian diagnosticado un cuadro de higado graso.

Estoy muy emocionado ya que el reto anterior me dio muchos animos para continuar con este nuevo habito.

Por las mañanas me desayuno Yor Shake, Fibra y CBD Ultra Boost para que me permita tener un desempeño adecuado durante mis primeras horas de trabajo.
Posteriormente a las 11 como un snack de frutas y semillas.
A la 1 aproximadamente realizo mi comida junto con una capsula de Yor Digest y vitaminas para ayudar a reducir el impacto calorico de mis alimentos.
Si siento mucho sueño despues de comer, me tomo un Berry Blast para continuar el dia con energia.

Ya por la tarde, procuro realizar sesiones de yoga al menos dos veces por semana.
