La mayor parte de mi vida es cuidar mi alimentación, las fiestas de navidad y año nuevo ?? son mi debilidad en cuanto a comida. Pero siempre se puede recapitular y volver a empezar a cuidar mi alimentación y mi cuerpo con ejercicio, los resultados con los suplementos es asombroso!!

Que tomo? todos!!! En la mañana al despertar 2 repair seguidos de mi súper greens después hago aquafitness una hora diario terminando disfruto de mi Shaker de vainilla combinada con frutos rojos cúrcuma aceite esencial de pimienta negra, y mis super vitaminas 2, con 2 yor AMP a la hora de comer mi digestive con dos vitaminas y un berry blast
con 2 gotas de aceite esencial de limón ??
conforme van pasando los dias me voy sintiendo más ligera y con más energía y mi cuerpo luce los cambios notablemente.
Este reto fue tremendo me caí me lastime el brazo y no pude hacer ejercicio por 20 días fue frustrante aunque viendo mis resultados creo que no me fue nada mal estoy muy contenta con mis resultados ;)
