Hola a todos soy Omar Alejandro Medrano, y estoy feliz por mi recuperación gracias a Yor
Un mes antes de empezar el reto me dio Dengue que me tumbo por seis días y 15 días más de reposo que no me dejo hacer nada mi médico con lo que perdí bastante masa corporal y baje casi 8 kilos, pero en cuanto me dieron de alta, inicie mi rutina poco a poco y no descuide mi alimentación en conjunto con la suplementación, con lo que logre mi recuperación muy rápido
