Ingrese al reto para mejorar mi salud, a mis 40 años me diagnosticaron artritis , tenia dolores en las articulaciones de los dedos, mi estómago se hinchaba, sentía acidez y tenía colicos cuando comía, debido a los medicamentos que tomaba y tenía constantemente fuertes dolores de cabeza.
