Soy Zac y tengo dos hijos pequeños y trabajo la mayor parte de día. La suplementación me ayuda a cuidar mi niveles y nutrición. En realidad tengo muy poco tiempo para cocinar y me ayuda mucho tomar la malteada y el súper greens. Mi rutina es cada mañana al despertar tomo un probiótico y un AMP. Hago ejercicio (bailo zumba) 3 veces a la semana. Después voy a mi trabajo y en la oficina tomo un té de limón, canela y jengibre (bare oils). A las 11am día tomo un supergreens, fibra y Berry Blas; y a las 1pm me tomo una malteada. A las 3pm como comida corrida y ahí me tomo otro AMP, las enzimas digestivas y las vitaminas. Al llegar a la casa a veces tomo una colación o una malteada. Y Antea de dormir como a las 11pm dos enzimas reparadoras.
Estoy muy contenta con mi rutina de alimentación y es muy fácil de poder seguirla. Pues tengo poco tiempo y mis hijos pequeños requieren que tenga energía.
