Me siento muy feliz de poder contar con esta compañía, los suplementos han sido parte muy importante en la recuperación de la fractura que tuve hace algunos meses, comencé por recomendación a tomar las enzimas reparadoras y mi Dr está muy sorprendido de la evolución que he tenido al respecto.
Este reto ya pude moverme más y me siento muy bien de haber implementado un buen régimen de alimentación en conjunto con los suplementos de Yor, por las mañanas comienzo con las enzimas reparadoras en ayunas, para el desayuno me preparo una súper bebida con Supergreens, Yor Shake, Fibra y un poco de fruta fresca, con eso sé que estoy bien alimentado y nutrido, y la saciedad que me produce me da para esperar hasta la tarde a comer, la comida suele ser balanceada y al finalizar tomo las enzimas digestivas, ya por la noche ceno algo ligero y antes de dormir me tomo otra vez las enzimas reparadoras.
Me gusta como me siento, como me veo y como puedo ir evolucionando de la fractura gracias a ustedes, lo valoro muchísimo
