Me siento muy feliz de poder seguir en este proceso de transformación de mi cuerpo de la mano de los suplementos de Yor, ya que en los días complicados donde no me siento bien o no tengo ganas de hacer ejercicio sé que los suplementos me ayudan a no perder la motivación.

Todos los días los comienzo con él supergreens y eso me da la energía necesaria y la fuerza para comenzar bien, a media mañana me encanta tomar la Yor Shake de chocolate, es mi favorita, en mis comidas más pesadas las enzimas digestivas son mi mejor aliado, y antes de dormir no falta que me tome la fibra en una taza de agua tibia, eso hace que por la mañana vaya al baño mejor que nunca.
