En este ciclo me agradó mucho más el resultado ya que pude reducir tallas y creo que mi flora intestinal se limpió al final dei ciclo
Empezaba mi día con una cápsula de Probiotics Ultra y 2 vasos grandes de agua, uno de ellos tibio con una gota de aceite de limón o naranga. Hacía 2 horas o más de ejercicio por la mañana y posteriormente empezaba tomando una medida de SuperGreens y después una YOR Shake, algunas veces mezclada con alguna fruta y con quinoa.
De repente consumía un sobre de Berry Blast debido al calor que ha hecho. Algunas veces en la noche hacía otra hora de ejercicio y antes de dormir consumía una cápsula de Repair.
Asimismo, me enfoqué en hacer ayuno entre 12 y 16 horas para también ir activando mi metabolismo.
