Termine mi reto que me regreso a los hábitos y a la disciplina después de venir de una lesión de rodilla y problemas de salud que me provocaron subir de peso , retención de líquidos, desequilibrio hormonal entre otros síntomas gracias a este reto mi cuerpo regresó a su balance como comencé al despertar tomaba 1 probiótico y 2 cápsulas reparadoras de desayuno mi proteína 2 scoops de vainilla con alguna fruta de preferencia papaya y 1 cucharada de fibra después de 1 hr me tomaba sueprbgreens licuaba pepino congelado 1 cucharada de súper greens 1 limón exprimido y a la hr de mi comida me tomaba enzimas digestivas con 2 vitaminas y después de cenar y consumir proteína nuevamente malteada de vainilla con fibra 2 vitaminas y 2 repair estoy feliz por ver como mi cuerpo de desinflamo tuve pérdidas de grasa pero sobre todo me regreso mi energía gracias YOR health y reto YOR best body por ayudarnos a regresar a nuestros hábitos de manera fácil y simple
