Mi nombre es esmeralda León, estoy muy agradecida por los resultados que he tenido y porque me he mantenido en cada reto y feliz del resultado.

Al despertar tomo 2 YOR AMP y 1 YOR probiotic, y 2 Yor Reapir con 2 litros de agua y un sobre de YOR berry,sea con una gota AE de menta o una gota de limón.

-Acompañada de 1:30 min. De ejercicio con un ayuduno interesante de 16 a 18 hrs.

Posteriormente me tomo mi super greens en 300 ml de agua, un coop de YOR fibra,con un limón y un poco de tajín y mis 2 YOR Vitaminas.

EN LAS COMIDA:

Durante la comida me tomo 2 YOR diges,1 YOR AMP, 2 YOR vitaminas, tomo solo agua o agua con YOR berry a compañado de AE de limón o menta.

PARA LA CENA:

Durante la cena, solo me preparo mi YOR Shakespeare 2coop, con 1 coop de YOR fribra con hielo y 2 Gotas de AE de menta.
