Cuando tome la decision de hacer el reto otra vez no me acorde que hiba a estar de viaje casi 4 semanas de las 8 que es el reto me puse una meta de 10 libras y cuando uno viaja especialmente en la cultura latinoamericana todos te demuestran que te quieren con comida. bueno lo increible que comi de todo sin hacer ejercisio baje 6 libras, pero claro me lleve mis Dygest Ultra mis enzimas digestivas para las comidas y que me ayudara en mi digestion, mis SuperGreens para mis antioxidantes, mis AMP's y mis vitaminas.

Que increible productos de verdad se los recomiendo a todos y claro ahora ya de regreso a casa me tomo mi malteada de chocolote que es mi favorita, mis probioticos y mi fibra.
