¿Adivinen que? :0 Hoy tengo realmente increíble para compartirles. A lo largo de los años he perfeccionado mi método para mantenerme en forma sin sufrir por dietas y se los quiero revelar.
En el pasado sufría porque me restringía demasiado y eso me causaba ansiedad. Hoy les puedo decir que he encontrado la manera de ser Fit y feliz. Les comparto mis 5 herramientas principales:

1. Yor AMP para controlar mi apetito y antojos por azúcar y panes
2. Yor Shake como desayuno o cena COMBINADA con 1 cucharada de crema de nueces y chía previamente remojada para mayor saciedad
3. Agregar sal de mar a mi agua para reducir enormemente mi antojo por azúcar y aumentar mi energía en el día
4. Agregar una cucharada de vinagre de manzana con la madre a un vaso con agua y tomarlo antes de mis comidas con carbohidratos
5. Entrenamiento de fuerza 4-5 veces por semana incluyendo isometría y estrés metabólico.
