This is the first time I participate in the SCULPT challenge. I was very uncertain if I could make it or not. But with a good excercise routine, my Yor Health supplements and healthy meals, I feel very proud of my results. I excercise 5 days a week, I take to start my training one Berry Blast and two YOR AMP to improve my endurance. Later with my YOR SHAKE I take two YOR VITAMINS and 1 YOR Digest and I complete at night with two YOR REPAIR to have more energy the next day. I will keep on signing in for more challenges and sharing with the people I know this great opportunity to be healthy. Thanks
