Hola comunidad, ¿cómo están?
Yo feliz de terminar un ciclo más. Gracias a Dios este ha sido un año lleno de viajes y aún con algunas ‘mal pasadas’, me volvía a aplicar en casa con el ayuno y mantuve mi peso (63.8 - 63.5 kg).
En los viajes me llevé algo pero estando en casa es donde me ayudé más con la línea de nutrición: probióticos, SuperGreens por la mañana, enzimas digestivas y vitaminas por la tarde, malteada y fibra por la noche y antes de dormir Repair.
En el entrenamiento es donde fallé un poco pero aún estando fuera, salí a correr al menos dos veces por semana. Algo que hice más que antes fue yoga, sin duda me ayudó a no sentirme tieso.
