Holaaaaaaa! Terminando un ciclo nuevo del reto y feliz por los resultados!!!

Me encanta ver que la báscula por fin va para abajo y solo es gracias a esta comunidad que me da fuerza cuando quiero rendirme.

Estoy trabajando en formar el hábito del ejercicio, de verdad hay días en que no quiero entrenar pero ver la báscula me da ánimo para continuar.

Mi producto favorito es y seguirá siendo el Shake, amo la sensación de tomarlo, su delicioso sabor, sentirme satisfecha y llena de energía durante todo el día.

El ayuno intermitente ha sido mi gran herramienta, he sentido que realmente comencé a bajar de peso cuando hice el ayuno adecuadamente. Ayuno 16 horas, cierro mi ventana de alimentos a las 6:00 pm y abro a las 10:00 am, obviamente con mi Shake.
