Hola soy Omar Alejandro Medrano tengo 24 años, soy de Guadalajara México
En mii trabajo me la paso sentado porque todo el tiempo estoy en computadora, por lo que decidí hacer ejercicio. Mi horario es muy complicado así que decidí disciplinarme y me levanto a las 5 am para irme a entrenar, al levantarme tomo mis reparadoras y probióticos, llegando al GYM me tomo mi Green y durante mi rutina me hidrato con mi BerrieBlast y al terminar me tomo mi shake de vainilla y más tarde mi desayuno proteína y verduras.
