Este ciclo me di cuenta de que aumenté más mi masa muscular y pude quemar más grasa, ya que me sentía más fuerte a la hora de hacer los ejercicios.

Mi rutina la mantuve prácticamente igual, excepto que ya procuraba no darme atracones de comida y seguir el régimen de los productos al empezar el día con 2 vasos grandes de agua natural: el segundo con una gota de aceite de limón o o naranja. Entrenaba de 2 a 3 horas en el gimnasio para después abrir ventana de alimento con una dosis de Super Greens y una Yor Shake casi siempre acompañada de chía o alguna fruta

Para la comida no olvidaba mi DIGEST y para antes de dormir mi cápsula de REPAIR.

Espero para el siguiente ciclo tener aún mejores resulados
