Hola mi nombre es Zac y soy mamá de dos niños pequeños. En mi caso me inflamo con gran facilidad y la suplementación ha sido de gran ayuda y con una anemia que tenía. En las mañanas lo primero que me tomo son los probióticos y un AMP que me ayuda a tener mucha energía todo el día y en mi clase de baile tener mejor desempeño. Rompo el ayuno al rededor de las 12 del día con un súper greens+fibra+berryblass. Al rededor de la 1pm me tomo una malteada (yor Shake)+fibra. A las 3pm como normal, me tomo un digest y un AMP. A las 7pm me tomo otra malteada (Yor Shake) + fibra y al final del día tomó dos cápsulas de repair a las 10pm.
Me siento muy contenta de mantener y bajar de peso de una manera muy simple sobre todo cuando la mayoría del tiempo en el día estoy en la oficina.
