Hola mi nombre es Maythe y soy de Monterrey, Yo comencé el reto por que me sentía algo cansada de hacer dietas y dietas y no funcionaran, mi peso era de 70 KILOS, lo cual ya era demasiado, gracias a una querida amiga que es parte de YOR HEALTH me decidí por entrar a este desafio, con una meta de 50 kilos en 2 retos, bajo de peso y tonificar, ahora concluyo mi primer etapa que fue adelgaza y estoy feliz, mi peso ahora es de 59 KILOS y me siento de maravilla, yo utilice el paquete best body y creo que ha sido una de las mejores decisiones para mi salud y autoestima, tomaba todos los días mis productos y ahora hago 4 veces a la semana ejercicio.
