En mi reto de 8 semanas logre pasar de 94 kg a 91 kg, 3 kilos en total, tome principalmente YOR MRP de chocolate, Yor Ultra Digest, Yor Essential Vitamins, y cada 3 dias salia a correr entre 30 a 40 min, sin embargo hubo dias en los cuales no tenia oportunidad de hacer ejercicio pero aun asi logre perder 3 kg de una forma comoda sin necesidad de agotarse haciendo ejercicio o restringiendose de la comida que mas me gusta, pues apesar de llevar una alimentacion balanceada, una que otra vez pude disfrutar de alimentos sin restricciones, por lo tanto estoy muy contento con el RETO y con los productos de Yor porque te ayudan de una manera impactante si los tomas con regularidad, yo me los tomo diariamente y yor mrp lo tomo despues de haccer ejercicio sustituyendo asi una comida.
