Hola a todos, la verdad es un gusto compartirles que he terminado otro reto sin embargo retomé el ejercicio hace aproximadamente 4 semanas debido a una cirugía y los resultados me encantan, pero soy ambiciosa y empieza el camino en este momento de lo que realmente quiero obtener, estoy muy contenta porque durante mi recuperación de la cirugía pude mantenerme saludable con los suplementos, actualmente lo complemento ya con ejercicio. Por las mañanas en ayuno tomo mis probióticos, 2 cápsulas de YorRepair y mi Ultra, posteriormente me tomo mi SuperGreen y mi YorShake como desayuno, y ocasionalmente cuando desayunaba, lo hacía en las cenas.
