Mi rutina de ejercicio fue bastante tranquila y simple, ejercicio en casa con un dia de descanso intercalado. planchas, sentadillas y abdominales, nada del otro mundo, pero siento que bastante funcionales.
Me siento bastante bien, listo para otras 8 semanas y llegar al crucero con cuerpazo!
