Hola a todos, ¿cómo están?

Feliz de terminar este reto, cada vez más cerca de
estar en forma como hace algunos años. A pesar de
tener buen metabolismo, si afecta no poder salir a
hacer el ejercicio habitual.

Además de ayudarme con ayunos de 12-14 horas tomé toda la línea de nutrición, aunque mis favoritos
son las enzimas digestivas, SuperGreens y la
malteada de chocolate. En cuestión de entrenamiento
esta vez dejé de lado un poco correr y en su lugar
probé caminar de una a dos veces por día, con sus
pequeñas sesiones de fuerza respectivas.

El próximo mes volverá a abrir el lugar donde
entrenaba, así que de a poco recuperaré la actividad y una mejor versión de mí mismo.
